How to be more Creative with Rhythms:

🍭Tip #1

Identify the basic sounds - doum, tak, and ka - and choose how to use them.

🍭Tip #2

Differentiate between the "ardeya" (basic rhythm) and the ornamentations. Pick what you wish to use, when, and how.

🍭Tip #3

Trust your Body Instinct.

So often, dancers are overloaded of overthinking and self-doubt. They think too much, feel insecure about our choices, and refuse to listen to our body.

Do the opposite.

Lose control and allow your body to create from within, intuitively.

Grow from there.
