Grab a journal, or a notebook, and a pen and write down:
1️⃣ HOW WOULD MY DANCE FEEL AND LOOK LIKE IF I WAS SUPER SELF-CONFIDENT?
And
2️⃣ HOW WOULD MY LIFE FEEL AND LOOK LIKE IF I WAS SUPER SELF-CONFIDENT?
If we don´t recognize the importance of something - whatever that is -, we won´t feel motivated to pursue it.
After you´ve written down your honest answer to those questions, read them out loud and realize WHY SELF-CONFIDENT ISN´T OPTIONAL BUT A SKILL YOU MUST MASTER.

A live and recorded workshop for dancers who want to take their dance - technique, musicality, and self-expression - to the next level.
Inspired by the Cairo Dance Style I learned in more than a decade of daily shows in Cairo, Egypt, working with Egyptians for Egyptians.
