Proposed Action Steps:
1. Have the list of the 5 Strengths of character and the 5 Weaknesses of Character you identified on yourself, as well as the 5 Strengths of character and the 5 Weaknesses of Character the 3 people in your life identified in you next to you.
2. From that list, a combination of your feedback on yourself and the feedback of your loved ones, choose 3 Strengths of Character and 3 Weaknesses of Character that you feel are the most relevant to you at the moment. Choose the ones whose expansion - in the case of the Strengths of Character - and change/elimination - in the case of the Weaknesses of Character - will improve your life quality the most.
3. After you´ve chosen the 3 Strengths of Character you wish to expand the most & the 3 Weaknesses of Character you wish to diminish/change/eliminate, determine 1 Action Step per character trait.
In the case of the Strengths of Character, you´ll choose Action Steps, one per character trait, that´ll help you expand, increase, express that trait even further; in the case of the Weaknesses of Character, you´ll choose Action Steps, one per character trait, that´ll help you to diminish/change/eliminate that character trait.
4. Then, it´s time for ACTION. Go ahead and make sure you put those Action Steps "into action". Deciding is not enough - you have to do what you´ve decided to do.
5. Monitor yourself. Notice, whenever you fall into old, destructive behaviors and adapt accordingly. Make sure your strongest Strengths of Character are used consistently and be humble enough to realize when your Weaknesses of Character have taken over. Redo, rethink; apologize, if necessary, and change. One little step at a time.
