Wheel of Life
Download your Wheel of Life and fill it by hand
Consider if you´d like to work on the areas where your punctuation is lower and if they could be pointers of new goals and dreams or if you´d rather continue focused on the areas that are the most developed.
In the end, the goal is to lead a balanced and fulfilling life but that life must reflect who you are, what you want, and what makes you feel alive.

Your V20 (Vision of 20 years)
1. Grab a journal and write the vision of your dream life in 20 years.
How would you like to be, and live, in 20 years?
What kind of health, wealth, love life, work, friends, social circles, hobbies, environment would you like to have, if your dream life was possible (and it is) in 20 years?
Use the Wheel of Life as a reference for this exercise.
2. Write the exact vision of how you see yourself, ideally, in 20 years, and add a deadline for that vision.
Example: I´m living my dream life (description, here) and this is the year of 2042.
3. Reverse engineer your V20.
Ask: what do I have to do in the next 15, 10, 5, 2, 1 year in order to build that vision?
Go from the wide towards the small, from the far away to the here and now.
Your V20 is something you must start to create today. Not tomorrow, not in 3 years, but today.
4. Next to your V20, write down:
"I deserve."
"I create."
"I do."
"I paid the price. I transformed myself in the proccess of creating my dream life. I earned it and deserve it."

Suggested Angular Habits
(habits/routines that empower every other habit/routine as well as the accomplishment of your goals/dreams; habits/routines that condition you for the achievement of everything you wish to achieve)
Here are my favorite Angular Habits/Routines:
1. A consistent practice of moderate physical exercise.
Example: exercising, 3 times a week, for 1 hour. It can be dance, running, work out at the gym, yoga, or anything else. Choose practices that you enjoy but be aware all* physical exercise requires some level of effort. Do it, even if you don´t feel like it.
2. Daily Meditation
Start with 5 minutes of Meditation, fit in a time slot that works for you, and grow from there.
In my super-busy days, I aim for a 15-minutes meditation. It´s effective, doable, and easy to fit into my day, even when things are crazy.
3. Drinking Water right after I wake up and ingesting a minimum of 1,50 liters of water per day.
Keeping the body hydrated is essential but we tend to dismiss it. It affects your well being and performance in everything you do.
4. Reading 5 pages of a good book every day.
Reading is one of those habits/routines that I cannot live without. It´s an addiction - I l-o-v-e books - but it´s also an empowering habit. Reading good books is a way of educating myself continuously, keeping my mind open, and exercising my mind.
5. Sleeping a solid 8-hours
Scheduling my life around the obligation of sleeping 8 hours per night. Some times, my body needs less rest and it wakes up by itself; other times, my body needs more than those 8 hours and, if I can, I´ll indulge its need and snooze a little bit more.
6. Choosing a cheat day for my diet
I´ve cut sugar, dairy, gluten and every kind of processed foods from my diet. It shows on my body, hair, skin, and overall health.
Yet, I have a cheat day. A day per week when I can break my eating routine and splurge on a dessert or on a cake.
It helps me to stay healthy without craving the junk food that all of us, one way or another, like to have once in a while.

These are my favorite Angular Habits/Routines, the ones that empower all others, the ones that condition me - body, mind, heart, and soul - to create the Dance and the Life of my Dreams.
What about YOU, what are your Angular Habits?
(write them down and schedule them, when scheduling is applied)

Internal Resistance,
the invisible enemy every doer has to deal with
What is Internal Resistance?
Internal Resistance is that inner voice that convinces you to procrastinate, fear failure and/or success; that inner impulse that´ll invite you to stay right where you are, in the safety of mediocrity, perhaps, or even in a bad place.
Internal Resistance is what happens when we´re facing a Dream/Goal that is truly important to us. The more important the Dream/Goal, the more our Internal Resistance will strike.
How do I beat Internal Resistance?
1. Be aware of this invisible Enemy so you can call it by its name when it strikes.
We often confuse Internal Resistance with genuine reasons that justify procrastination, fear, and self-sabotage.
Don´t fall in that trap.
2. Get used to it.
Internal Resistance is not going away any time soon. The more familiar you are with it, the easier it is to spot it and fight it.
3. Use your Internal Resistance as a barometer for the things that truly matter to you.
The most important the Dream/Goal, the strongest the Resistance.
When you feel like you´re sabotaging yourself, procrastinating, or finding excuses in order not to move forward with what matters to you, consider stopping and realizing "this must be truly important for my life; otherwise, I wouldn´t create so much resistance to it".
4. Massive Action aligned to your Dream/Goal
Discipline and contradicting your immediate desires is key. The only way to beat the Internal Saboteur/Resistance is to become aware of it, see it for what it is - a barometer - and act against it.
Get up and do it, even if you don´t feel like it. Motivation - motive for action - often comes after action, not before it.
Do it, even if you don´t feel like it.
Stop waiting for "inspiration" to strike. Define what you need to do - routines/tasks aligned with your Goal/Dream -, schedule it, show up, and do it.
5. Believe in yourself
You got this.
Yes, it´ll be hard at times. Yes, it´ll hurt - discipline can hurt, contradicting our desire to quit or procrastinate may hurt - but you can beat your Internal Resistance.
Dream and do. Let the inner and outer devils bark - you, my dear, will keep moving forward.

Want to take your V20 (Vision of 20 Years)
to the next level?
Think about your LEGACY and define what you´d like it to be.
Let´s do the following EXERCISE:
1. Picture your funeral (I know, it´s unpleasant, but humor me).
2. What would you like people to say about you?
Finish the following sentences:
She/He was so...
She/He gave so much...
She/He was an example of...
I´ll never forget when she/he...
What made her/him unforgettable was...
What would you like your Legacy to be?
What would you like to leave behind?
How would you like the people in your life to say about you after you´re gone?
Write the answers to those questions on your journal/notebook and align them with the creation of your V20.
Your Legacy, what you leave behind, should be aligned with your V20.
Now, go ahead, and do it.

Final (super important) Reminder:
Your worth is not measured by your Productivity - you´re a precious human being, no matter what you achieve in a day, a month, a year, a life-time.
Nonetheless (dramatic pause, here), HOW YOU MANAGE YOUR BASIC RESOURCES - TIME, FOCUS & VITAL ENERGY - and THE WAY YOU CO-CREATE THE DANCE AND THE LIFE OF YOUR DREAMS defines a lot of the person you´ll become.
Remember that "Productivity" is not about becoming a machine, working harder, or doing as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. That´s an outdated, unhealthy and, potentially, deadly concept we need to remove from our heads.
Productivity is your ability to work better and smarter, not harder; it´s the wisdom to use your basic and most valuable resources - time, focus, and vital energy - in order to co-create the dance and the life of your dreams. In order to become the best version of yourself.
