3 Ways to Love & Support Yourself

My Personal Self-Love & Support Habits
1. Basic Self-Care Habits:
- 2 liters of water per day
- A diet composed mostly of organic vegetables, fruit, and high-quality protein
- No alcohol, no smoking, no processed foods, no sodas or any other chemical-filled beverage
- A minimum intake of sugar - for me, it´s gone down to a sweet treat every 15 days or less
- Daily Meditation
- A consistent Dance/Exercise Practice
2. Complimenting & Applauding Myself
- Whenever I do something good, in private and/or in my professional life, I compliment myself and I physically applaud myself. It´s a habit. It may be awkward, at first, but then, it becomes natural.
3. Expressing Love
I have the habit of expressing love. First, to myself; then, to others.
Here are some of my favorite Self-Love Affirmations:
"I love and celebrate myself unconditionally."
"I´m fabulous."
"I´m strong, capable, bright, and creative."
"I´m a great learner."
"I´m loved and in love; life loves me and I love life."
Here are some of my favorite Love Affirmations for other people:
"I love you."
"You´re precious to me."
"My life is better because of you."
"You´re essential in my life."
"I´m so grateful for your existence in my life."
And now, it´s time for you to create YOUR OWN LOVE AFFIRMATIONS, keep them close by and use them as consistently as possible. The goal is to turn those affirmations into habits.
