Although Self-Confidence is a skill most dancers are not trained for, it´s that one silent ingredient that separates mediocrity from greatness.

Without Self-Confidence, we don´t know ourselves, our fragilities, challenges, and strengths;

Without Self-Confidence, we don´t dare to be and to express ourselves;

Without Self-Confidence, our creativity is hidden, left unexplored;

Without Self-Confidence, the most talented dancer disappears into the background, letting herself and her potential down.

Without Self-Confidence, we don´t have the strength to dance and to live the dance that makes sense to us, the dreams that set our heart on fire.

As a professional in this field with more than 20 years of experience - first, in Egypt; then, around the World -, I´ve seen enough to tell you that SELF-CONFIDENCE IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS YOU CAN - and should - DEVELOP. For the sake of your dance and, mostly, for your life.
